Professional: Brad is a Principal Consultant at Sabre Holdings, Inc., a leading provider in the travel commerce industry.  He is home-based and has worked in the Sabre Airline Solutions division for eight years. The Resource Management Suite products are his focus, which provide software tools for airlines and airline service providers to optimize their airport staffing.  He has extensive experience as an airport planning subject matter expert, and also provides leadership to a team of SMEs. 

Prior to joining Sabre, Brad was employed by American Airlines, Inc. in a variety of positions. As a Budget Analyst, he coordinated the ground services capital and expense budgets for five airports.  During his years as a Senior Industrial Engineer, Brad traveled extensively performing on-site airport work measurement and labor standard development.  He was also responsible for implementation, training, presentation and support of a staffing model used by over 300 analysts.  As a Senior Automation Analyst, Brad was a member of the team to rollout new technology initiatives, which allowed for significant labor cost reductions.

Professional Institutions Offices Held: Brad has been an IIE member of since 1987, and was named a senior member in 1997. Although he was occasionally involved in the Fort Worth, Texas chapter, he became focused on active participation upon moving back to North Central Ohio in 2003.  Brad was voted to his current position of Membership Director for 2004-2005.
